The Bed & Breakfast "The Duchess Broken" is a charming house, situated on the edge of the Zonienwoud, halfway between Waterloo and Brussels.

To better accommodate you, we did a makeover and now offer three rooms on the ground and a garden suite on the first floor.

All windows stays are double glazed and the decor in the spirit of the house, dated 1900, New England style.

The B & B each have their own balcony or terrace overlooking the vast garden.

A little history

The house was completed in 1900. Originally, the villa built by a family of Brussels was designed to aerate the coming weekend Zonienwoud.

It is one of the first houses of the place. Of course, at that time the garden had an area of several hectares.

July 3, there will be 22 years since we bought the house style "New England". It was a love at first sight.

For 10 years, children have left home. I stopped at the store at the Sablon to the obvious, our seats and period furnishings were much better highlighted in our house ...

Through Bed & Breakfast, I have the chance to welcome and meet people from around the world while continuing my work original antique and decorator. It's exciting.

The Hideout, cottages

Gruissan Village is one of the villages in the Languedoc Circulade own. It''s why the rings one after another, regularly arranged around the church and castle ruins Barbarossa, in the form of ribbons of terraced houses and storied.

These typical houses circular village, located not far from their small restaurant (about 70 m), cottages and Nat Tisou, renovated in 2008 and equipped with air conditioning (heat or cool depending on the time).

These five rooms with names of stars are spacious (19-24 sqm) and comfortable. Planned to host up to 2 or 3 people (with at least a double bed), they all have an en suite shower and toilet. Their commonality? The originality of their design and simple elegance. Their differences? Including their colors, their sinks or tubs (shape or material) and some elements decoration.
