I have just learned from my AFP sentence Bordeaux (heavy, 5,000 euros) for defamation following an interview with the newspaper Sud Ouest in June 2006. The magistrates found the noise, the foam without getting to the bottom of the file. Censorship just won a game. We will appeal this ruling.
